What Is Integrity Day?
Integrity Day is a day collaborate way to get things done!
You join others (at the top the hour) and complete tasks on your "to get done list".
It could be a big task or goal that you break down into small doable pieces or it could be a bunch of smaller projects.
It's your choice! It's your integrity! Some projects that I've seen completed include:
monthly bookkeeping
writing "that article"
updating web sites
cleaning a drawer, room, file, or garage
unpacking
gardening,
organizing
shopping for "whatever"
designing a flyer, brochure, whatever!
your personal or business goal here ____
whatever you've been putting off here _____

A Little History
Integrity Day was created by Thomas Leonard, the original champion of the life and business coaching profession. In fact that's the logo Thomas created, just for this day.
"t" as he preferred being called was a multi-tasker, something that most men are not -- and something most women prefer being. I had the honor of working for Thomas from 2000 to 2003 until he died, at age 47.
He worked on what seemed like a million projects at one time and Integrity Day was a day he created to get caught up - with the assistance of others, too.
Integrity Day - Stop Procrastination Day - Do It, Delegate It, Dump It Day - whatever you call it -
it's the time you put aside to complete things you've been putting off or start things you know you want to do... except you haven't started "it" yet.
How It Works
Before Integrity Day
- Tell your staff, family, friends, etc. to not interrupt you during Integrity Day.
- Purchase meals, water, soda or whatever supplies you'll require and get them ready an hour before the event starts.
- Create a list of the tasks you want to (or need to) complete. It might be a single project, or a list of smaller to-do's. Write it down.
- Create a tolerations list. If you're not sure what that is, email me for a list of 101 tolerations to get you started.
On Integrity Day
- Turn your answer machine on and your computer off (unless you need it to complete the day's goals).
- Call into a special conference line where you will meet other Integrity Day members and introduce yourself.
- The first call will be no more than 10 minutes, and will include some keep principals to get all of us going.
- Hang up and get to work! This process will be repeated on each hour's call.
- Finish a big project or a bunch of smaller ones. Your choice.
- In between calls, I'll be at 360-271-8418 for on-the-spot coaching if you're feeling stuck or frustrated.

At the times below, call into a special (long distance) phone number
- 10am PST/ 1pm EST call into the group and update us on where you stand, and what's next. If you're stuck or overwhelmed, ask for assistance or suggestions from the group or me. You can use our e-list to do this, or ask during the call. Do your best to keep comments on the calls to a minimum.
- 11am PST/ 2pm, 3pm EST - - call into the group and update us on where you stand, and what's next. If you're stuck or overwhelmed, ask for assistance or suggestions from the group or me. You can use our e-list to do this, or ask during the call. Do your best to keep comments on the calls to a minimum.
- 12am PST/ 3pm, 3pm EST - - call into the group and update us on where you stand, and what's next. If you're stuck or overwhelmed, ask for assistance or suggestions from the group or me. You can use our e-list to do this, or ask during the call. Do your best to keep comments on the calls to a minimum.
- 1pm PST/ 4pm EST - Final call. Let's take a look at what "wins" you had during the day, what "just occurred" that you didn't expect, how the day went, etc.
What You Get
- Calls every hour on the hour to keep you focused and accountable to what you said you'd be doing.
- On the spot coaching when needed.
- A group of motivated people (and Maria) cheering you on!
All this may sound corny, however it really does work!
Special Information
- The number you call is located in the USA. This call will cost you your usual long distance phone costs. If you are located outside the USA, please find out before the call what international numbers you need to dial before the USA phone number. Also, if at first you dial and don't get through... try again.
- The calls will start on time and no later than 1 minute after the "hour". To make sure all our clocks are set on the same time visit www.timeanddate.com
- Please be on time. Each time a person comes into the call, there is a dead noise and a click. Whoever was speaking, will not be heard.
- Do not use a cell phone or speaker phone on the call. It does very weird things to the call - clicks, interference, strange noises and echoes.
- If you would like additional assistance before "the day" send a message to the special electronic mailing list I've provided for each group.
- If you have additional questions, feel free to contact me.
- Please do not audiotape the call. I will not be taping it either.
- I prefer that you don't use mute buttons during the calls. I like spontaneity! However, if there are other people or animals around during the call time, please use your mute button. It is amazing how the call makes even a little noise (like shuffling papers) sound really loud!
